O'Parl Café

Located in the municipal district of Singapore, The Old Parl sits right at the welcoming entrance of The Arts House.

The Arts House, formally the Old Parliament House was built in 1827 by John Argyle Maxwell for his private residence. This building was taken over and become home to the Parliament of Singapore from 1965 to 1999. Today, this oldest existing government building in Singapore has been converted to The Art House, hosting exhibitions, music performance and other functions, allowing one to immerse themselves in the arts within this historical building.

Bringing flavors of the unique culture of Singapore to you, The Old Parl serves a variety of local and fusion delicacies to delight one’s palate. With the fusion of urban modern interior and colonial building to levitate the dining experience, The Old Parl recreates the good old dishes in the heart of the modern Singapore.
