PHILOSOPHY

The diversity of Indian cuisine is not easily matched, nor its complexity and simplicity, contradictory as that may seem. The Saha philosophy is to demystify regional Indian cuisine and serve it to the world in its best possible avatar – to use an Indian term – aiming relentlessly for perfection in taste, presentation and the pleasure every dish provides. We like to articulate avant-garde Indian cuisine as an integration of regional Indian cuisine with the latest culinary techniques and some non-traditional ingredients from different parts of the world. We cherish tradition; we embrace modernity and innovation with equal passion.
