Asiania Restaurant
This is one of the old style Cantonese restaurants in a quieter part of Wanchai and must have been forgotten by most. I went there for the first time for dinner (been there for dim sum) and there were quite a few surprises. The roast suckling pig and the roast goose were among the best I have had in Hong Kong and Macau. They still do wanton the old style (good sized shrimp with smooth thin wrappings) which is very rare these days. Their sweet and sour pork and fish head hot pot also come highly recommended. Service is average, as expected of old style chinese restaurants. Overall, very high quality cantonese cuisine and at good value. Particularly comfortable during the weekends as weekdays tend to be too crowded and noisy.
