Jang is the first Korean restaurant in Hong Kong to serve high quality, modern Korean cuisine. Every person who has eaten at Korean BBQ restaurants would understand the smell and poor quality of service – we will be the first one to change that. Korean cuisine was never viewed as low quality cooking until it transformed into what it is now in foreign countries. At Jang, we would like to share the new experience of providing top class food and culture at the right price. We serve traditional Korean dishes with homemade sauce, “Jang,” influenced by new techniques with chefs from Korea.
