Merhaba 瑪哈巴

When I arrived at 5:30 pm, although already open they told me kitchen was still closed til 6pm, and there were only snacks available. I was hungry as hell after spening the day on the fair, so I ordered potato skins with cheese and mushrooms. Sounded hearty, just what I needed at that point. I wouldn't have thought that anybody could fail in preparing such a a simple dish. Unfortunately, the cook has never heard of spices (in a turkish restaurant!!), not even of salt and pepper. Folks, potatoes, hello??? They need salt! And they do not provide salt and pepper at the table, so no chance of getting it right yourself. It was just dry, tasteless potato skind with half raw mushrooms topped with cheese. Badest food I had in Hong Kong so far. And very unattentive service. Will definitely not go there again.
