Sushi Hiro 壽司廣
Uni (sea urchin), ikura (salmon roe), o-toro (the fattiest of fatty tuna)... If these words can make you drool, then you should make a beeline for Sushi Hiro, hidden in an office building but quite possibly the best place for raw fish in Hong Kong. The minimalist interior stays faithful to Japanese style, unlike at some more opulent Hong Kong restaurants. But what really draws in the Japanese crowd here is the freshness of the fish, which you can watch being filleted in front of you at the sushi bar. Dinner may get pricey, but the restaurant also does some fantastic lunch deals.
