Tippling Club

Some spots excel with their food, and others serve up great drinks. Chef Ryan Clift’s modern gastronomy dining den The Tippling Club does both extremely well.

A regular fixture on 'Asia’s 50 Best Bars' list and having won numerous accolades for their ultra progressive cuisine, their classic tasting menu comes in at $275 per person (inclusive of cocktail pairings).

Vegetarians are welcomed at the Tippling Club with a non-meat menu that does not scrimp on inventiveness or taste. The Classic menu ($150; $255 with beverage pairing) includes seven dishes such as seared kingfish with different textures of cauliflower, masala veloute and raisin gel. If you opt for beverage pairing, expect each course to be paired with either a wine or a clever cocktail.
