We are KFC enthusiasts at heart with the sole aim to bring the authentic taste of Korean Fried Chicken to Hong Kong for everyone to enjoy. We are now open in two locations in Hong Kong and also offer takeaway and delivery.
Our History

Uncle Padak's first store opened in 2001 in Jamsil, Seoul and soon became very popular with the local residents making Uncle Padak a household name. The appeal has spread internationally with stores across Korea, China and now in Hong Kong. The signature Padak dish which translates into "Spring Onion Chicken" is the no.1 seller in Korea.
