Menya Musashi 麵屋武藏虎洞

In Japan the traditional noodle shops are usually tiny, with just a narrow bar counter facing the cooking station. This is a more modern Hong Kong version where you can sit down at the close tables. The set menu noodles are very good, nice texture and not at all mushy. There are many topping choices and they are all good, one large piece of nori served with each big bowl of noodles. The beer is ice cold, excellent. You can be in and out of here in 15 minutes. When they opened last year, there was a long line during lunch time. The wait this time is short.
