IPPOH tempura restaurant

Ippoh has opened our Hong Kong branch at Aberdeen St, Central Hong Kong since July 2nd ,2014. It is a cozy restaurant with a 8 seats-counter and 4 tables.
We are fortunate to have many guests from Hong Kong who has patronized our main restaurant at Higobashi in Osaka Japan . And it made up our mind to open the new shop there to introduce our hospitality and cuisine. The counter was designed in oval shape to make distance between our Tenpura Chef and guests closer, which creates pleasant atmosphere from live cooking and Hong Kong gastronomists.

Ingredients are air flown from Tokyo Tsukiji Market in early morning everyday and delivered to our shop in Hong Kong early evening. Some of fresh ingredients such as seafood or vegetables are also carefully chosen from a market in Hong Kong.
