This place has views 360 above the whole area of Pattaya on top of a buildiong 24 floors high. The food is fabulous, Vietnamese, Thai & western dishes. All presented beautifully on the plates. There is a good wine list to accompany your meal. You can choose from either dinning in the air con or as we did we ate outside enjoying the views & gentle cooling breeze after a very hot humid day.
