Yi Dou Hua

I have been enjoying doh fu hua in Hong kong for many years. I used to go to a doh fu hua restaurant which i though was the best until it closed a few years back. I found this almost by accident, hidden in the corner. the doh fu hua is the softest and lightest I have ever tasted. My biggest regret was having only discovered a mere 5 days before I left Hong Kong and not able to get enough of this before my flight home.
