Truffles have long been synonymous with luxury, and are the most valuable of all fungi due to their strong natural flavour, increasing rarity, and the costly labour–intensive methods of harvest. The best–known truffles are the prized and precious white truffles from Alba in northern Italy. The rare gourmet truffle fungi grow on the roots of Oak Trees. With this in mind, the Oak Tree Ristorante was created to provide a luxury dining experience to our customers with a warm and friendly environment and exquisite food.
