Since 1978, the Hong Kong restaurant has offered diners the most sophisticated flavours of Chinese cuisine. Executive chef The Lian Tjo has a flair for skilfully balancing music and flavours, colours and aromas, to create a truly evocative atmosphere. The restaurant is distinguished for its traditional style and sophisticated cuisine, a skilful meld of the delicate flavours of Cantonese culinary art and the more decisive ones of Western China – in particular those of Sichuan – without, however, foregoing a number of delicacies from the Beijing area and the whole Northern part of China prepared according to time-honoured recipes. The restaurant is also patronized by famous celebs but also by ambassadors and members of royal Asian families and hosts a number of important city events.
