Founded in 1994 and led by HK-born restauranteur Wong Ping Fai, The Passion Group’s six restaurants are conveniently located on the epicurean island of Singapore, offering uniquely different dining experiences from inventive dim sum for the family to a grand banquet fit for landed gentry and celebrities.

Led by award-winning Executive Chef Roy Tan, its kitchens are helmed by a team of renowned chefs driven by passion to create multi textures and flavors from East to West and in between, by blending fresh produce from over the world and presenting these with flair.
The emphasis on using the finest and freshest ingredients satisfies consumer preferences for indulgent yet healthy cuisine and comes from owner Wong’s exacting standards. He speaks passionately of the joie de vivre that he has set out to create in his
restaurants. “Our raison d’être is to delight every diner and fuel a desire to return and taste more dishes”.

Encapsulating this attitude, the “O” in Passion’s logo is characterized by the Chinese word for joy. Executive Chef Tan explains the Passion kitchen philosophy that “every ingredient must be purposeful, minimalist, yet indulgent and imaginative”.
