Nabe One’s name derives from Nabemono (or simply called “nabe”), which is defined as “all varieties of Japanese Hot Pot Dishes” and also known as “One Pot Dishes”. Japanese believe that sharing a pot of food creates warm feeling between the diners and strengthen the relationship. With same objective, our restaurant hopes to create a warm and happy atmosphere for customers to enjoy the hot pot at Nabe One.
