“M&C.Duck”, Maxim's Chinese Cuisines’ latest brand, is created under a youthful and minimalistic concept to bring together “Maxim’s Chinese Cuisine” and “Duck in Peking-Huaiyang style” under one roof, and to specially offer young customers an innovative experience of the Barbecued Peking Duck and a chic, relaxing go-to in town. “M&C.Duck” adopts a relaxing décor in the continental European style, with roasting ovens and the preparation area displayed in semi-open vicinity in the restaurant, affording customers a full-view of the skilled roasting and filleting process and offering a multi-sensory touch to the flavourful barbecued duck dishes. Our signature dish the Barbecued Peking Duck is roasted from tender and lean Beijing Duck, cooked to perfection to achieve a delicate balance between taste and health.
