Koh Tomyums

While it's not "pure" Thai the chef uses his home country's classical dishes to expand upon the tastes and flavours. There is a freshness in the ingredients and both the lamb and beef dishes used the highest quality produce. i like the subtle variations on classic dishes plus inventiveness. a great experience.
