The Cupping Room, Central (Flagship)

A small coffeehouse chain with modern and trendy design. Aircon and one of the rare places making a good flat white in Hong Kong, this was a welcome relief during a downpour (twice!). They do a brisk trade, so service is efficient and friendly, if not overly personal. Order first before taking your coffee upstairs to a table.
