Sheng Kee Congee

My stopover in Hong Kong was so satisfied after tasting the best congee at Sheng Kee. Due to jet lag, I was up at 4am Hong Kong time Sunday morning. Unfortunately, Sheng Kee close on every Sunday for prep work. The next morning, I got up at 6am, and walked down to Sheng Kee from Kennedy town. It was all worth it! I ordered a popular congee with fresh fish belly chunks. Awesome taste and reasonable price! I even learn how to eat congee by skimming from the edge of the bowl. This will definitely become my annual local delicacies must have in Hong Kong!
