La Pampa
Located in the heart of SoHo, "La Pampa" opened in 1999
is the first Argentinian Steak House in Hong Kong. The name La Pampa
derived from Pampas (in Spanish) are the vast lowland plains of Argentina where since the middle of 19th century the breeding of high-grade sheep and cattle started. This region being relatively cold and receiveing hourly good rains has vast extension of green grassy plains.
The cattle freely graze and sticks to natural, chemical and synthetic free diet
consisting of natural grass, herbs and spring water. When aged to perfection
these organic beef not only provides a higher level of minerals
it also tastes better than regular beef.
Flown fresh and certified by the Argentinian main health authority,
"La Pampa" from the very begining has been importing prime beef cuts
and succulent chorizos from Argentina.
The menu features variety of Argentinian dishes ranging from
beefsteaks, brochettes, roast beef, sausages, to fish, lamb, chicken
as well as delicious meat pie, cheese, ham and many more.
The wine list has wide selection of
Argentine top wines from renowned winemakers like
Luigi Bosca, Trapiche, Zuccardi etc.
