Sun Heung Yuen(Kin Kee)

When I click into the HK restaurants list in trip advisor, I'd say, most of them are not real local HK restaurants which HK people daily opt for. Sun Heung Yuen is not even on the list, yet it is one of the most famous foodspot in Sham Shui Po.

It is famous for its Beef and Egg Sandwich, which they make it instantly after you ordered it. They insist in using minced beef in making the sandwich which makes it different from other normal sandwiches. You can choose to only include egg white in your sandwich and toast it also (excellent customization and flexibility), with only HK16.

Their hot milk tea and pork knuckle noodles are also excellent.
