Have seen the photos of the pastrami
Sandwich popping up on my Facebook feed lately so had to give it a go.

Started with a little "thick cut bacon" which was just plain bacon in a bowl.... really disappointing.

The pastrami sandwich was in fact really good. Can see how locals would find it a little salty but for someone who grew up on Montreal smoke meat it was good for me. I opted for a little extra meat which was a good idea I think. It was a little leaner than I am used to for medium so next time I will go for fatty.

All downhill from the pastrami sandwich unfortunately. Coleslaw was plain and unseasoned.

The poutine was really not good. Don't call them cheese curds if they aren't cheese curds. fries are wrong, gravy is wrong :(

I was still hungry at the end and the "piled high apple pie" sounded like a good idea...

Unfortunately the saddest and most pathetic piece of apple pie arrived at my table shortly thereafter. It was also burnt....

In all fairness, I went for the pastrami and it didn't disappoint but I would strongly suggest staying away from the rest of the menu as it's very underwhelming just go for extra meat.
