Sang Kee Vermicelli and fish soup specialist

Visited late November so weather is cool and great time to have bowls of porridge from Sang Kee.

Their porridge is served boiling hot and there is a reason for this, one of which is they serve fresh liver and part of the cooking process takes place after it is served.

I tried fish belly as well and it is a large slice of fish belly, nice and smooth.

The porridge is definitely Cantonese style, I must have tried hundreds of places and consumed lots of porridge, Sang Kee has to be in my top 5, that’s how good they are for me.

The downside is the place a little cramp, sometimes there can be a long que, especially Saturday morning, service at this price level can be considered good, they do have English menu as well.
