Star of Canton

We went to the branch in Tsim Sha Tsui for dim sum. The restaurant is located on the 17th floor of The One Shopping Center. There was a lovely view of the Hong Kong harbor from the windows. The dim sum was very well done, quality far better than that in Los Angeles. Siew Mai had crunchy shrimp inside. Barbeque pork inside the buns was moist and flavor, not too sweet. Mango pudding was a roll-like dessert, not the usual cups one gets elsewhere in the world.
