The founder of this wonton shop escaped from Shanghai to Hong Kong after Chinese civil war and his family earned reputation gradually for offering arguably the best Shanghai dim sum in Causeway Bay. To survive amid high rent and living cost in Hong Kong, many years ago the family decided to keep the Shanghai restaurant open 24 hours a day, for 365 days a year. The restaurant was once featured in USA Today as an example of hard-working, family-focused entrepreneurship in Hong Kong. This is a legend. This is Hong Kong!
