Tin Heung Lau

Not all the dishes in this restaurant are good but most people come for their crab roe dish. The price they charged is expensive and may may think it doesn't worth the price given it is not a glamorous restaurant. However, it is all about quality.

To be honest, the taste of their dishes may not fit everyone's appetite as they emphasize on traditional style of cooking, but I really appreciate that.

The bean curd roll, jellyfish head, duck tongues are my favourite
