Extra Virgin Pizza crafts artisanal Neapolitan style pizzas handmade to order. We were cheekily named in reference to our usage of extra virgin olive oil. Just like the oil, our pizzas are "virgins" made of the purest and finest ingredients. They are all-natural, with no preservatives or additives. We use only Caputo doppio zero pizza flour, renowned as the best in the world. Our dough is aged 3 days using live yeast before being hand stretched and baked to order in extremely high heat ovens, resulting in pizzas of superior taste, texture and quality.
