SEPA
SEPA is a Venetian restaurant and bar serving “cicheti” (small dishes to be shared), created by Chef Enrico Bartolini, Italy’s youngest two Michelin star chef. It is Hong Kong’s first Italian concept which encompasses the traditions, history and culture of Venice.
Venice has always been a melting pot of cultures and flavours, due to it’s heritage as a major trading port which acted as a crossroad for traders from all over the world. In addition, Venice had a huge merchant fleet which would bring back exotic ingredients, spices and herbs. Because of this, Venetian gastronomy has been influenced by many different cuisines. Although seafood is a main feature due to the lagoon, the cuisine also features meats, risottos and pastas from the plains and the mountains of the Veneto region.
