Sing Heung Yuen 勝香園

I visit Sing everytime I come to HK. I particularly love the authenticity and vibe. It's tucked away in a corner where you least expect it. Can be hard to find at first but totally worth the trip.

I absolutely love their macaroni with tomato broth! SO yum and comforting. I'd also recommend ordering the toast with condense milk.
