Nestled in the charming grounds of the Ginger Garden, The Halia at Singapore Botanic Gardens is the flagship restaurant of The Halia Group; which includes Villa Halia, The Halia at Raffles Hotel and The Halia at Westlake, Hanoi.

Here at The Halia at Singapore Botanic Gardens, diners can expect to be charmed by contemporary European cuisine with subtle accents of Asian flavours.

All Day Menu (served from Mondays to Fridays from 12pm to 10pm, and Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays from 5pm to 10pm)

Signature dishes include the Pan-roasted Kingfish Hamachi Collar with wilted "dou miao" salad in sweet spicy sambal-kicap manis, Poached salmon and mushroom featuring a kettle of cilantro ginger miso soup, sesame udon and crispy risotto galette, and Carrot cake, a combination of broken carrot cake, Kalamata olive puree, coconut pudding, cheese ice cream and meringue.

Weekday Lunch Set Menu (served from Monday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm)

Indulge in our menu of Lunch Set menus, perfect for executive lunches or a lunch date with friends and family. Priced at $28++ and $32++ for a 2-course meal or a 3-course meal (both with coffee or tea) respectively.

Weekend Brunch Menu (served on Saturday, Sunday & P.H from 10am to 4pm)

The perfect brunch venue for a relaxing weekend surrounded by lush foliage, the brunch menu features popular breakfast favourites like the Cinnamon French Toast with Seasonal Berries, White Chocolate & Iranian Pistachio, as well as savoury options like the signature Halia Chilli Crab Spaghettini.

Weekend Afternoon Tea Service Menu (served on Saturday, Sunday & P.H from 3pm to 5pm)

The Weekend Afternoon Tea Service Menu ($28++ per person) is decidedly decadent with savoury as well as sweet treats elegantly presented on a two-tier tea stand. Complement this with a choice of hand picked premium teas, herbal and fruit infusions, the signature Halia Infusion of sun-dried ginger and wild mountain honey, or freshly brewed coffee.
