In 1989, Paolo and Judie Scarpa opened a modest Trattoria in Singapore, serving honest and un-complicated Italian fare. The reputation of this small eatery quickly grew. Before long, an additional outlet was opened, and another. Today, the Da Paolo Group remains wholly owned and operated by the family, committed to quality and authenticity.
