Gan Yakitori uses premier bincho charcoal, its soft flames and long-lasting heating power protect from protein decomposition and form amid acid for great taste. The far-infrared ray effect builds up the appetizing glutamines, and the Bincho charcoal (Alkalinity) reacts with sauces and gravy, producing a full flavor. Bincho charcoal is the most suitable fuel for grilled dishes.
Gan Yakitori also uses 100% Japanese rice and only the freshest ingredients. Our special chicken soup is painstakingly boiled for over 8 hours with loadful of ingredients and msg free. All yakitori are carefully grilled to perfection by our Japanese chef from Fukouka. At Gan Yakitori, you can also sample our wide variety of sake, shochu and Japanese whiskey, with over 40 different brands to choose from.
