Wahiro means "Great Harmony". a concept of providing authentic innovative Japanese cuisine in a relaxing cozy ambience. Established since October 2000 by chef Hozumi, the owner with the reputation for serving superior Japanese cuisine made from the only the freshest and most authentic of Japanese ingredients imported from Japan. Specialties include "Monthly Kaiseki", fresh air-flown seafood from Japan; sashimi, sushi, tempura, Kushiyaki, ala carte dishes.
