The first overseas branch of the prestigious Michelin 3-starred Nihonryori RyuGin in Japan, Tenku RyuGin has started on 27th March 2012, on the 101/F of the high-rise landmark of Hong Kong, International Commerce Centre (ICC), where gathers the best restaurants in town.

As the first overseas branch of RyuGin from Japan, Tenku RyuGin strives to recreate the Tokyo dining experience here in Hong Kong. We pledge to offer our guests an unforgettable and unique visit every time they join us here, with our contemporary Kaiseki created by traditional Japanese cooking in world class ingredients, overseen by our Chef de Cuisine, Chef Hidemichi Seki.

To offer our guests the best of the best delicacies, we see it as the foremost importance in retaining the originalities and fresh taste of an ingredient. Tenku RyuGin picks only the best ingredient either found fresh in Hong Kong or flown to Hong Kong from Japan daily. We also take into seasonal factors seriously. We believe the ultimate tip in mastering the art of culinary is to use ingredients in their best form, in order to enjoy and preserve its purest optimal flavor, texture, and aroma. In Tenku RyuGin, we excel in optimizing freshness, and adopting the best seasonal ingredients when designing our 10-course menus for your indulgence.

The interior of Tenku RyuGin is also furnished to the highest standards with a dual earthy and golden tone, in the hope of offering our guests a feeling of peace, which is essential in traditional Japanese culture, while wallowing themselves in the exceptional dining experience. One of our private rooms overlooks the phenomenal 180 degree panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour, which has to be an icing on the cake while enjoying a meal prepared with utmost thoughtfulness from the chef.

We at Tenku RyuGin do not cease pursuing perfection and originality. Apart from the exclusive menu we serve, and the pleasant space we create to match the cuisine, we are also meticulous in choosing the cutleries to present our food of art.

In Tenku RyuGin, our priority is to offer our guests the greatest experience they could ever have in various senses, in terms of taste, smell, sight and touch, by producing the best food, in the best environment, and with the best appliances. By offering our best, we hope to bring comprehension and appreciation upon our guests of the preciousness and richness of traditional Japanese culture through our contemporary Kaiseki approach.
