This Vietnamese food store is dedicated to my beloved family and to express my deepest love to a beautiful city in the south of Vietnam, where I've grown up. As my children are Singaporean, by putting my love to the food served at Saigon Jalan, not only do I want my family and customers to have everyday healthy home cook foods, but I also want my kids to be proud and remember that they are half Vietnamese.
