Kay Lee Roast Meat Joint was started around 1970s in "Gong Seak Gai" which is known as today's "China Town".It started off as a small stall known as Kay Lee Roast Meat Joint in a coffee shop known as Wantat Eating House. With inherited knowledge of uniquely spiced Roasts, Kay Lee thus made its name into the neighbourhood with its unique roasts uncomparable even till today. Kay Lee at this time was the second generation of a family business sof "ZhuJiang" Style Roasts which originated from China "Guang Zhou"
