Lao Hung Jia (LHJ) has more than 25 years of experience in Singapore. Through the years, we have grown from poultry farming to automated slaughtering house and into Chicken Rice business - with more than 17 stalls island-wide.

Chicken rice is one of Singapore’s signature dish, a must try for all visitors. In recognition of it’s symbolic value, LHJ decides to put the art of cooking Chicken Rice into the hands of others to made this dish within arm-reach. With vast experience in Chicken Rice, we have developed a franchise system that empowered investors to start a successful chicken rice business.

Currently, we own a shop to showcase the franchise system and are actively helping investors to start chicken rice business. Providing them with end to end support from conceptualize their chicken rice business in shop designs, menu designs, production process management which allow them to enter the food industry easily.
