Ramen Shinbusakiya (麵匠真武咲弥)

Had lunch here yesterday. Ordered a bowl of roasted miso ramen and it was a pretty decent. There were a couple of slices of tasty pork, though the bamboo pieces had a vinegary taste. The noodles are not the usual ramen type but the thicker ones, much like those used in hokkien mee.

The spicy miso ramen was spicy but too salty. The noodles were the same. We also ordered a plate of gyoza and it was good.

They have an afternoon tea special for half a bowl of ramen and half a gyoza set.
