St. George

St. George is Hullett House’s signature fine dining restaurant, serving contemporary French cuisine within the historical former Marine Police Headquarters. Its refined setting brings contains reflections of Hong Kong’s British influences.
Cuisine The cuisine at St. George entices diners with the best of modern French flavours in an intimate setting made expressly for long, relaxed dinners and lunches. Guests have the option to indulge in five- or eight-course tasting menus, or order a selection from the St. George à la carte menu.
Design St. George is the type of place where senior English civil servants and tai-pans in olden days would relax after work over good food, vintage port, and cigars. The high-vaulted ceilings, wooden trusses, crystal chandeliers, old leather sofas, and heavy velvet curtains create an ambience that is distinctly plush and colonial.
