The kitchen is helmed by renowned award-winning chef Santaro Li, who has served dignitaries, such as the late Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew. He is supported by 3 experienced chefs and a full service team to serve you. Our restaurant’s stylish open dining area​ ​seats up to 30 guests comfortably. Guests can also reserve our 3 exclusive tatami rooms​ or our 2 expandable private dining rooms.
