Shiba

Shiba is a Japanese grilled skewer (kushiyaki) restaurant and sake bar, where customers can experience a casual and authentic dining and drinking experience typically found in a small and cozy izakaya hidden in a Tokyo back alley.

Visitors will notice the classic decorative elements: a façade composed of wooden latticework (kōshi) and bamboo blinds (sudare), an interior making extensive use of old and textured wood, dimly-lit incandescent light bulbs, and shelves packed with oversized bottles of sake and shōchū......

We offer more than 30 different sakes by the glass, as well as craft beers with unique flavors (wasabi, white truffle, etc) directly imported from Niigata Prefecture, not to mention all the traditional and popular skewers meticulously grilled by our experienced chefs.
