The “Sushi One” idea originates from one of the best sushi chefs in the world. This Master Chef has a never ending thirst of learning and perfecting the art of sushi making. He set afoot in many parts of the world looking for the most unique ingredients to create the “best sushi” while sharing his experiences with many others. We were fortunate enough to meet with him and continue his legacy of faith. Hence, the name “Sushi One” was born.
Aside from providing creative seasonal items, Sushi One was the first Hong Kong Japanese restaurant to create “Midnight Sushi” half price business culture. This has caused a sensation in Hong Kong and has become a benchmark business model for many competitors alike.
In addition to bringing the best food and carrying out the most innovative marketing strategies, Sushi One also aims to provide high level of services to our customers. We’ve been honored to receive the “Quality Tourism Services Certificate” from The Hong Kong Tourism Board since 2010. We also received many awards from different media such as “My Favorite Restaurants” by U Magazine, “Best-Ever Dining Award” by Weekend Weekly and “Hong Kong Brand’s Gold Metal”. These prestigious recognitions cemented the trust and confidence of customers.
