Patisserie

Located on the Lobby level of our hotel in Sha Tin, Patisserie offers an extensive selection of birthday cakes, pastries, breads, cookies and chocolates, complemented by a variety of fine wines, making it the perfect one-stop-shop for parties and special occasions.

Signature items include the famous Sha Tin Apple Pie which is baked in its original tin with natural honey from a local apiary near the Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery, Chocolate Crunch Cake, and Cheesecake with Seasonal Fruits. Chefs will prepare freshly baked breads and pies according to the baking schedule throughout the day. Selection of cakes and other delights can be found in the Patisserie Order Form.

Cakes can be tailored to fit any event, such as birthdays and weddings. Health-conscious options including suger-free cakes can be made upon special request.

Limited seats are also available at Patisserie for those who prefer a quick and easy bite with coffee-to-go.
