Ma's Restaurant (馬家莊清真館)

Ma’s Restaurant is definitely part of the quintessential Hong Kong culinary experience. This place could survive alone on the sales from its Veal Goulash pastry, its rich meaty filling with broth contained in the flaky, crisp shell, considered one of the best in the city. But everything else is so darn good, (and affordable!) it has all the makings of a new food addiction.
