Dazzling Cafe

The sweet stuff here was delicious. We waited about 30 mins to be seated. However none of my party enjoyed the mandatory free drinks, and the waiter had some issues communicating with us as he only spoke Tawainese Mandarin while we spoke Cantonese and English. I would probably only come back here for the food, if the line was not too long. I wish they didn't make you buy a drink, the restaurant is a bit overpriced but it's worth it for the photo taking and deliciousness of the food.
