Le Pain Quotidien
Le Pain Quotidien, now an international brand with more than 240 restaurants in over 18 countries around the world, launched in Hong Kong early March 2016 in collaboration with major Hong Kong restaurant group, Dining Concepts. Founded in Brussels in 1990 by baker and chef, Alain Coumont, Le Pain Quotidien will bring its bakery-restaurant communal dining style to the enjoyment of Hong Kong's casual dining scene. Le Pain Quotidien, which means "the daily bread" in French, invites guests to escape their hectic urban lifestyles and savor the simplicity of good food and good company around the communal table. Le Pain Quotidien serves simple, wholesome and sustainable food for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner in most locations. Made with organic ingredients whenever possible, the menu includes soups, salads, signature tartines, pastries and artisanal bread. The menu also features many vegan and vegetarian options.
