you may say, hey isn't that Laksa from southeast Asia? yes, but Eddy give his laksa a Hong Kong twist. Everyone knows Hong Kong chefs make lobster in many ways: ginger scallion, cheese poached, steamed in broth and many more. To me, Chef Eddy make the tastiest lobster dishes in HK!
perfectly poached lobster claw and tail on the top of lobster-bisque laksa. sweet, tart, succulent and hint of heat all in one superb lobster broth. lobster laksa also comes with slow cook tomato, roasted dry shrimp roe, drunk egg and fragrance cilantro! I could eat 2 bowls in a row!
there are many more dishes to discover like lobster rice roll, lobster broth udon and lobster mock "shark fin" soup. prices are reasonable. good eat!
