Hing Kee Claypot Rice Restaurant

They span over 3 shops so you can get a place to sit somehow.
The claypot rice is standard, but not what I expected.
The rice is not fragrant, as I think they add the chicken and sausage much later so the smell did not get absorbed.
However the sausage was really good, nice with wine taste inside.
the mantis shrimp although cheap at HK$70, was very very small, and not really fresh.
