The place, located at the 8th floor of a building is simply elegant
The decoration is minimalistic and refined but still gives a certain feeling of warmth thanks to the usage of wood and earthy colors
We opted for the yamamomo spring menu which comprises 10 dishes
I will not go through each of the dishes but rather attach a few pictures but rather lay out the principle traits of thr dishes
The menu is made of very fresh ingredients from the season
The association of tastes is sharp and elegant
The presentation is exquisite
The sake glasses are magnificent and the pairing proposed by the sommelier was perfect
Overall it is one of my best if not the best kaiseki experience in Hong Kong
